Description from the seller
A rare and elegant set of six antique crystal tumblers by Baccarat, crafted in the iconic Model 1423 pattern and dating to before 1936.
These refined glasses feature exquisite hand-cut engraving characteristic of Baccarat’s exceptional craftsmanship from the early 20th century. Their balanced proportions, remarkable clarity, and timeless design make them equally suitable for an elegant table setting or a distinguished crystal collection.
The glasses remain in excellent antique condition, especially considering their age of well over 100 years. They display beautiful brilliance with no chips, cracks, or restorations.
As is typical for Baccarat production prior to 1936, these glasses are unsigned. During this period, Baccarat pieces were generally identified by their original paper labels rather than an acid-etched mark, and those labels have rarely survived the passage of time.
Height — 10.8 cm
Top diameter — 5.2 cm
Base diameter — 5.3 cm
