Figural mantel clock - Antique Alabaster, Bronze - 1850-1900

Good-working French alabaster pendulum clock. The base is alabaster and still in tip-top condition, with a few small signs of wear normal for its age. The clock features detailed embellishments, such as garland decorations. The movement is, according to the books, a Japy Frères movement; it runs well. It is not the original gilding; it was gilded again later. This lot will be carefully packed and shipped with track and trace.
