Large model Art Nouveau (Jugendstil) table mirror.
This model was originally named "The First Cuckoo".
The most common ones are made of metal/tin. The frame appears to be made of ebonite. Matte dark appearance. The glass mirror has a weathered spot. An old repair on the right front leg. This appears to be glued and secured with a metal plate on the back. Not really noticeable if you don’t know. The woman’s pinky is missing. Two small chips in the frame along the bottom edge of the mirror and on the leg. See the last 5 close-up photos for this.
Back finished with green velvet. The stand is made of wood.

Dit model is oorspronkelijk genaamd "The First Cuckoo"
De meest voorkomende zijn van metaal/tin gemaakt. Het frame lijkt te zijn gemaakt van eboniet. Matte donkere uitstraling.  De glazen spiegel heeft een verweerd plekje. Oude reparatie aan de rechter voorpoot. Dit is zo te zien gelijmd en vastgezet met een metalen plaatje aan de achterkant. Valt niet echt op als je het niet weet. Pinkje van de vrouw mist. Twee klein chipjes in frame onderrand spiegel en aan het pootje.  Zie hiervoor de laatste 5 detail foto's. Achterkant afgewerkt met groen fluweel. De standaard is van hout.
