Globe bar forming a service piece, resting on a turned wooden pedestal with four legs joined by a stretcher, finished with brass casters. The circular top is decorated with an antique world map in the style of 16th–17th-century cartography, with mythological scenes and allegorical figures.
The globe opens into two parts; the inside of the lid is adorned with a rich polychrome decoration depicting mythological and allegorical figures in clouds, while the lower part is decorated with an ancient world map. The interior is laid out to receive bottles and glasses, with a central circular compartment.
