Corodex - Hanging lamp - Glass

A beautiful vintage ceiling lamp from the Dutch brand Corodex, featuring a characteristic white opaline glass shade. The striking relief of three-dimensional pyramids creates a special play of light: when off, the lamp appears as a sleek geometric object, while when illuminated the glass spreads a warm, soft glow.

The sculptural design perfectly aligns with the Mid-Century Modern and Space Age styling that was popular in the 60s and 70s. Thanks to its compact size, this lamp is versatile as a ceiling light in a hallway, toilet, bedroom, or kitchen, but also as a atmospheric wall lamp.

Corodex was a Dutch manufacturer best known for decorative lighting made from pressed glass combined with plastic or Bakelite fittings. The designs are characterized by geometric patterns and high light diffusion, making Corodex lamps today cherished by collectors of Dutch vintage design.

This variant is equipped with the original Corodex base and a beautiful pressed glass shade with a rare three-dimensional diamond motif. The combination of matte white opaline glass and the sculptural relief makes this lamp a real eye-catcher both day and night.
