None other than Jacob Jensen was responsible for the design, making these over 44-year-old speakers still a real eye-catcher. No less than four drivers guarantee that delicious super sound of the seventies. The bass is very strong; if you want to not only hear it but also feel it, these design icons will deliver.
Thanks to the large cabinet volume and the four-way design with a 25 cm woofer, they have a rich and full sound that easily fills even larger spaces.
The S75 is designed for placement on stands; without the stands this could lead to an exaggerated bass response with a frequency range down to 36 Hz.
The S75 is a four-way speaker that can be regarded as the bigger brother of the legendary S45.2 (and the S60 replaced)
The crossover was changed, together with a redesign of the cabinet. The result was a speaker with more bass emphasis than the S60.
Although the S75 speakers lack the accuracy of the S45.2, many will find the extra bass appealing and will choose them.
The Beovox S45.2: is more suitable for smaller to mid-sized listening rooms and has a less room-filling bass than the S75, which is ideal for medium to large living rooms
