Description from the seller

I propose for sale an elegant original Christofle Gallia shaker, model Vibration, designed by the renowned designer Luc Lanel, one of the most representative figures of French design during the Art Déco period.

Made by the Christofle Gallia manufacture, this model stands out for its clean, dynamic lines, with the characteristic grooved treatment on the lower part that recalls the movement and modernity typical of the Art Déco style.

Luc Lanel (1893–1965), artistic director of Christofle in the 1930s, contributed decisively to the renewal of the house’s catalog, creating iconic objects today highly sought after by collectors. The Vibration line perfectly represents the meeting of elegance, functionality, and aesthetic innovation that characterized French design of the period.

The shaker preserves a beautiful sheen and a striking presence.

Conditions:

* Good overall condition.
* Shows a few small knocks (shocks) to the base and a further light knock which, due to the high reflectivity of the surface, could not be photographed.
* The bottom shows oxidation, clearly visible in the photographs.
* All Christofle Gallia marks are present and legible.

The photographs are an integral part of the description and faithfully document the state of preservation of the object.

The item will be carefully packaged and shipped preferably via UPS, with professional packaging and tracking number.

A refined example of 20th-century French design, ideal for Christofle collectors, Art Déco enthusiasts, or to embellish an elegant corner bar.
