We primarily use plastic as packing material, but if something else is desired, please contact us. The package is shipped insured to protect both the buyer and the seller. For any further packaging requests, please message after purchase. Photos serve as an additional description of the condition of the product / the condition of the display & LEDs. Please review these carefully before purchase. Orders to islands or special destinations have higher shipping costs, for example the Canary Islands
