The dreamily beautiful figures have been created in the "Cottage Style" by master sculptor and painter JIM SHORE. He drew his inspiration from American folk art. Specifically for his Folk Art Collection "Heartwood Creek", Jim Shore was named "ARTIST OF THE YEAR" in 2004 by the National Association of Limited Edition Dealers.
The individual pieces are very lovingly crafted, detailed, and lively. The originals are carved by Jim Shore.
