French candlesticks – set of 2 – Empire/Historicism
Stylish set of two French candlesticks in Empire-/Historicism-style. The candlesticks are shaped like classical urns with handles and are finished in patinated metal on a heavy natural stone base with decorative gilded feet.
The construction and finish indicate manufacture in the late 19th century or the early 20th century.
Condition: Good antique used condition with normal signs of use, aging and wax traces, appropriate for the age. One candlestick has a small hole beside the handle. Please inspect the photos carefully; they are part of the description.
