This is an old mechanical letter scale from the Keller brand, with the characteristic inclined scale that was mainly used in post offices or offices in the mid-20th century. The letter scale is 27 cm long, 14 cm wide and 30 cm high. There are age-related signs of wear - paint wear, but for its age in decent condition!
