Elegant pair of antique bedside tables in Louis XVI style, often attributed to Giuseppe Maggiolini's workshop, finely crafted with rich marquetry in precious woods such as rosewood, maple, and walnut burl. Each table features a top drawer and a lower door, both adorned with refined marquetry decorations with floral motifs, garlands, ribbons, and an elegant central vase in neoclassical taste. The top is entirely inlaid with an ornamental composition depicting a classical figure surrounded by vegetative sprigs and geometric borders, perfectly harmonizing with the rest of the decoration. The sides are also decorated with inlaid floral panels, while the trunk-pyramid legs complete the ensemble with elegance and proportion.
