Extraordinary and imposing piece of Italian industrial history: an authentic sign originating from the "Marelli Aerotecnica" division, the pinnacle sector of the historic Ercole Marelli & C. S.p.A. focused on large ventilation systems and industrial and naval aerotechnics.

This sign sits at the top of industrial collecting due to its exceptional construction features:

Cast Structure: Weighing a substantial 700 grams with a thick profile, it is not a standard stamped sheet but a solid cast block, originally intended for large machinery or factory hall walls.
Prestigious Finish: The front shows thick raised letters and edges with a mirror-polished metallic finish, creating a perfect contrast with the dark aviation-blue background.
Embossed/Pinpoint Texture: The blue background features a beautiful, very fine hexagonal texture (embossing), a technical detail of the era aimed at reducing glare inside workshops.
On the sides are the original reinforced mounting holes cast into the piece.

The item is in exceptional vintage condition. The original blue background paint is incredibly preserved and vivid. The raised letters have a magnificent patina of time with no unsightly oxidation.
