Rare and elegant modular crystal table river produced by Cristalleries du Val Saint-Lambert, from the prestigious service "Valambert", officially listed in the 1913 catalogue. A remarkable testimony to the golden age of Belgian crystal, this composition illustrates the refinement of formal dining arts in the early 20th century.

The ensemble consists of four modular molded crystal elements: • 2 rectangular elements • 2 semicircular elements

This modularity allowed great houses to compose personalized centerpieces for receptions, accommodating floral arrangements, fruit, bonbonnières or display objects. A true decorative innovation of its time, the Valambert system offered a freedom of presentation rarely encountered at the dawn of the 20th century.

The decoration, of great richness, combines diamond points, raised cabochons and concentric fluting, revealing the know-how of Val Saint-Lambert’s master molders. Under light, the crystal diffuses reflections with remarkable depth.

This table river retains its precious original label "Val Saint-Lambert Belgium", a detail now rare that reinforces its authenticity and interest to collectors.
