Olympus Trip 35, a 35 mm compact camera with a fixed built‑in 40 mm f/2.8 Zuiko lens, in good physical condition and tested and working, serial number 4164172, dating to 1960–1970, with the red exposure warning flag functioning.
Description from the seller
Olympus Trip 35 – working red flag
Iconic and highly loved compact camera, known for its simplicity and reliability: no batteries needed thanks to the selenium light meter. The camera operates fully automatically and is ideal for carefree photography.
* Classic compact camera
* Bright D.Zuiko 40mm f/2.8 lens
* No batteries required (selenium meter)
* Very user-friendly
Important: the red flag (underexposure warning) works, a sign that the light meter is still functioning. The aperture and shutter operate, performance described to the best of my knowledge, this is vintage. The camera was not tested with film.
