Polaroid 600 SE camera, model 600 SE, tested and working, serial number MAD50274C, production period 1980–1990, physical condition very good.
Description from the seller
I invite you to bid
A camera from a private collection.
Polaroid 600 SE is the flagship professional camera from Polaroid, built on the Mamiya Press press and using Mamiya lenses, which provide exceptionally sharp images.
The difference between the 600 and 600 SE models is that the 600 has a fixed Mamiya 127 mm lens, while the 600 SE has interchangeable lenses. It is fully manual, very solidly built, and quite large, so a sturdy tripod will certainly come in handy. It allows beautiful photographs. The 600 SE comes standard with a 127 mm lens but supports two optional lenses: portrait (150 mm) and wide-angle (75 mm). It supports interchangeable backs for film backs, and with the Mamiya adapter you can also use 120 film backs.
Features
- Variable aperture and shutter settings: allow better capture of movement and depth of field
- Coincidence rangefinder with a bright image: ensures a sharp image and precise framing
- Solid grip with adjustable hand strap: facilitates operation and handling
- Included standard Mamiya 127 mm f/4.7 lens – delivers sharp images across the full range
- Other coated color-corrected lenses are also available (600 SE – see below)
Specifications
- Shutter: 1/500‑s B with X synchronization for flash
- Flash: Uses a conventional flash with X synchronization
- Interchangeable backs providing flexibility
- Aluminum alloy body (robust)
- 600 SE lens options
- Normal lens: 127 mm mount (f/4.7)
- Wide-angle lens: 75 mm mount (f/5.6) [ 1 ]
- Portrait lens: 150 mm mount (f/5.6)
