Description from the seller
Elegant Pair of English Regency Revival Burr Walnut Drop-Leaf Occasional Tables – Lyre Bases & Brass Paw Feet
A highly decorative and perfectly matching pair of Regency Revival drop-leaf occasional tables, richly veneered in beautifully figured burr walnut.
Both tables have an elegant, refined silhouette and feature a practical drop-leaf top, allowing them to be used compactly when closed or as wider occasional tables when fully opened. Each piece is fitted with a single front drawer, complete with an ornamental brass ring pull and rosette backplate.
The tables stand on graceful lyre-shaped side supports, joined by a turned stretcher rail. Their swept legs terminate in decorative brass-toned paw feet, giving the pair a particularly elegant neoclassical appearance.
The striking book-matched walnut veneer tops are framed by fine inlaid line detailing, creating a warm and luxurious visual effect. A charming pair for an English country house, classical, eclectic, Hollywood Regency or sophisticated contemporary interior.
These tables are offered together as one matching pair.
