Set of 12 Christofle Marly dinner forks in silvered metal.
Length: 20,5 cm
Beautiful shine - Sold without the presentation box
Christofle is a French silversmith and tableware company, founded in Paris in 1830 by Charles Christofle.
The company is known for having introduced electroplating gold and silver plating in France in 1842. The company was acquired in 2012 by one of its shareholders, the Chalhoub family luxury group2.
The House of Christofle relies on manufacturing entirely carried out by hand following traditional techniques. The precious crafts of turning-repoussage, planishing, chasing, engraving, which are carried on by its Master Silversmiths and Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, immortalize the qualities of elegance and excellence of all Christofle pieces. It is this irreplaceable human know-how, perpetuated by highly qualified artisans passing from master to apprentice, that forms Christofle's living heritage. True "Living Treasures".
