Antique bronze statue of an elderly couple – Signed A. Moreau

Beautiful, classic bronze sculpture depicting a man and a woman sitting on a bench. The whole rests on a solid, round black marble plinth. The bronze has a beautiful dark patina with green-brown highlights in the folds.

Important: On the front of the bronze base is the signature "A. MOREAU" clearly legible. The underside of the plinth is equipped with a metal nut for mounting and protective felt pads.

An atmospheric and romantic decorative object that looks splendid in a rural or classic interior style. In good antique condition.
