Description from the seller
Elegant pair of freestanding photo frames cast in bronze, of French origin and dated to the first half of the 20th century (circa 1920–1930).
They stand out for their refined Rococo/Louis XV-inspired design, with abundant pierced decoration, a female mascaron at the top, and cherubs on both sides.
These are large-format pieces with notable weight, quite uncommon:
Height: 33 cm
Width: 29 cm
Depth: 12 cm
Total weight: 3.3 kg
Both frames retain their original back plates and desktop supports. The glass has been replaced with new ones and black felt has been added as a background, improving their presentation without altering the original structure.
They are in very good condition, with light signs of use and aging appropriate to their age. They preserve an attractive natural bronze patina.
They will be carefully packed to ensure safe transport.
