Saymon Brown Small Light meter

Saymon Brown Direct Reading exposure meter, produced in the United States in the late 1930s for Leica rangefinder cameras.

Monobloc metal body with a single external engraving "Made in USA"; brand and the words "Patent Pending" inside.

Example in good condition: chrome plating largely intact, slight superficial signs due to age, readings legible in the viewfinder.

Complete with original leather case.

Probably a prototype/ first series or pre-production.

Very rare, functioning, intended for collectors.
