The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email).
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

Special Note on Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal:
Some items in this package (in particular the official Tournament Booster Packs as well as factory-new accessories) are delivered in the original sealed or shrink-wrapped condition. According to § 312g para. 2 no. 6 BGB, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the seal of these specific products has been removed or opened after delivery. A return of the total package is therefore excluded once sealed individual components have been opened or altered. The package can only be returned in full and in its unopened original state of all sealed parts within the scope of the right of withdrawal.
