Sculpture of a rider on a camel from the Chinese Tang Dynasty (618–907 AD).
Rider bearing a monkey perched on a camel, standing and clamoring in glazed earthenware with the three-color glaze known as "Sancai".
Dimensions: 34 x 28 x 12 cm
Originates from a public auction sale, previously in a French private collection
Intact, has undergone no restoration
Verified under UV light and thermoluminescence
