Dessert/cake service for 6 people in exceptional quality white porcelain, produced in West Germany by the historic manufactory Seltmann Weiden (Bavaria).

The set features a typically Mid-Century / 1970s design, with a large and bold stylized floral motif in vivid orange, ochre yellow and dark brown tones. The profile of the plates is gently scalloped with a delicate gold trim along the rims. A visually striking set of excellent construction quality (Qualitäts-Porzellan), perfect for a retro table or for collectors of German porcelain.

The set comprises 7 pieces:

1 Large serving plate / central cake tray with integrated handles: Height 2 cm, Diameter 19 cm

6 coordinated dessert/cake plates: Height 2 cm, Diameter 26.8 cm

Manufacturer: Seltmann Weiden Bavaria (W. Germany) – Crown stamp printed under the base of each piece.

Material: High-quality German porcelain.

Era: Vintage (Period 1970-1979 / Mid-Century Modern).

Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The porcelain is perfectly intact, glossy, and free of chips, cracks, or crazing. The decorations retain vivid colors. Only the usual and very slight wear over time on the gold edge, consistent with the age of the items.
