Offered for sale, this remarkable Pixi Mini 2178 is inspired by one of the most emblematic albums of the Blake and Mortimer series, The Three Formulas of Professor Sato, a masterpiece by Edgar P. Jacobs blending espionage, science fiction and robotics.
This scene depicts the spectacular Samurai Robot, the android designed by Professor Akira Sato. The robot emerges from a secret hatch while several laboratory elements are depicted: the control desk, the miniature characters as well as the accessories that faithfully recreate the technological atmosphere of the album. This composition is one of the most original in the Pixi Mini Blake and Mortimer collection.
Made of hand-painted metal, this figure was issued by Pixi in 1998 under reference 2178.
