This auction features a carefully selected pair of authentic vintage Japanese kitchen knives, consisting of a large traditional Nakiri vegetable knife and a Yanagiba sashimi knife.

Both knives bear maker's signatures and represent the craftsmanship of traditional Japanese blade making.
