Description from the seller
Magnificent porcelain cream service from Paris or Limoges, circa 1900.
Of beautiful craftsmanship, with bright white porcelain and a broad matte gold rim, these small pots with the charming and rare double-handled form are completely timeless.
A set of small lidded pots on their large, footed display stand.
Although over a century old, the charm and precious character of this service remains intact.
These little pots still fit on today’s tables more than ever: for an apéritif, a canapé, a dessert, but they can also serve as small individual sauce pots to place at the center of the table.
This service consists of 15 pieces:
- 7 pots and their 7 lids. Height 8 cm. Diameter 6.5 cm
- 1 round presentation plate. Diameter 28.5 cm. Height 1.5 cm
In excellent condition. Note a glaze mark barely visible along the edge of the plate and a tiny chip on the edge of one pot (see photos no. 13 and 14)
Delicate and charming!
