Erhard & Söhne - Jewellery box - Trinket with key, marked - Brass - Filigree edited

Exquisitely beautiful jewelry box designed by the firm Erhard & Söhne of Germany (founded by Gottlieb Erhard and his sons from Schwäbisch Gmünd)
Made of brass with a detailed filigree and relief decoration, including snail motifs in the openwork foot.
Interior fitted with the still-original dark blue velvet fabric.
The latch works and the original key is still included.
Bottom marked with the Erhard & Söhne logo.
This box has intentionally not been polished because over the years it has acquired such a lovely patina that is often appreciated. Of course you may polish the box if desired.
In excellent condition with normal light signs of use for its age. See the photos.
