Set of 2 identical silver zuurvorken with striped agate handles, weighing 30 g in .833 silver, measuring 16 cm, made in the Netherlands between 1850 and 1900, with maker’s marks Leeuw2, Minerva head, year letter W (1856) and master DK44 Antonius Hendrikus der Kinderen of ’s-Hertogenbosch; condition excellent with only minimal variation in the stems.

Set of 2 identical silver pickle forks with handles of striped agate.
The handles hardly differ from each other, which is quite an achievement because it’s a natural product that always has small variations.
Stamped: lion2, Minerva head, year letter W = 1856 and master DK44 = Antonius Hendrikus der Kinderen, 's Hertogenbosch 1845-1868
This silversmith is known for his beautiful workmanship.
Length: 16 cm
Weight: 30 g
Condition: excellent! as mentioned there is a tiny difference in the stems. The tips are in good condition and are hardly "dished/worn"—see the photos for reference.
