Artemide - Studio Tetrach - Chandelier - Plastic

An appealing pendant lamp, model "Pallade", designed by Studio Tetrach and produced by Artemide in Italy around 1960.

This modern, playful design is the result of a collaboration among designers Adelaide Bonati, Silvio Bonatti, Enrico De Munari, and Carla Federspiel. The lamp consists of a sphere with a large glass diffuser that reveals a bright, directional light. The thin metal chain connects the lampshade to the ceiling rose. This piece has a space-age style and will surely draw attention in the decor, while also lighting up the room.

Obviously the chandelier shows some signs of age as shown in the photo.
