Description from the seller
GENERAL:
This spectacular 2008 Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadster is in excellent overall condition, with only 14,000 kilometers on the odometer. It is an exceptionally well cared-for unit that has had a single owner and has seen very limited use. Presented in a striking and elegant red color that highlights its iconic lines, it perfectly matches a refined black leather interior that conveys sportiness and luxury in every detail.
As a point of great interest for enthusiasts and collectors, the Aston Martin V8 Vantage was designed by the renowned Henrik Fisker with the firm aim of rivaling the Porsche 911, quickly becoming an icon of modern automotive design for its perfect proportions. The Roadster variant, introduced in 2007, features a three-layer canvas roof that folds completely electrically in just 18 seconds. Moreover, thanks to the transaxle layout of its rear-mounted gearbox, the vehicle boasts an almost perfect 49:51 weight distribution. The engine in this unit is the charismatic 4.3-liter naturally aspirated V8, a jewel of engineering hand-assembled in Aston Martin’s special engine division in Cologne, Germany, and globally recognized for delivering one of the purest, loudest, and most visceral exhaust notes in the history of modern sports cars.
BODYWORK AND PAINT:
The bodywork and red paint are in very good condition, giving the car a nearly-new appearance. To protect the exterior finish, the vehicle is equipped with a paint protection film (PPF). However, it should be noted that this PPF is a few years old and, while it continues to effectively protect against chips and scratches, it does not meet the optical clarity or self-healing standards of the latest-generation materials, and shows the normal wear and tear that comes with time.
MECHANICS:
On the dynamic side, the vehicle runs correctly and has no known mechanical issues. Its iconic 4.3-liter naturally aspirated V8 and the Sportshift automated transmission, along with the rest of the mechanical components, operate with the precision and ideal behavior one would expect from a unit with such low mileage, delivering a truly analog and thrilling driving experience.
INTERIOR:
The cabin remains in nearly new condition, with minimal wear on its surfaces that aligns perfectly with its sparse 14,000 kilometers. Both the leather upholstery and the controls, buttons, and trims retain an excellent feel and presence, with the unmistakable British craftsmanship aroma and atmosphere intact.
DOCUMENTATION:
The car has German-origin documentation. For the complete peace of mind of its next owner, the unit retains its original, fully stamped maintenance book, accompanied by the corresponding sets of keys and a detailed invoice history that meticulously documents the careful maintenance and servicing it has received throughout its life.
PICKUP:
The vehicle is located in Pineda de Mar (postal code 08397), Barcelona, Spain. It is available for in-person inspection and subsequent pickup by the buyer, always by prior appointment to ensure personalized attention.
OTHER INFORMATION:
This is a truly unique opportunity to acquire a collectible roadster that combines exclusivity, timeless design, and Aston Martin’s unparalleled pedigree. It is an ideal piece both for enriching a private collection and for those seeking a distinguished weekend car with a distinctive character. If you are interested in seeing this Aston Martin Vantage in person, we will be pleased to show it to you in detail. Please contact us to resolve any questions or to arrange a visit.

Disclaimer
Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
