Inkwell - double bronze inkwell

Superb double inkstand with a bronze plate, all in bronze.
40 cm, weight 5 kg.
Two inkwells; I think maybe the one in the middle with dragon motifs around the opening.
It makes me think more of a perfume burner, I don’t know.
