Specimen: walking cane made of wood with a bone handle, fully hand-carved with bas-relief scenes of Japanese life and costume, bearing gold initials "A B" under the grip, Art Nouveau, Japan, dating to the first half of the 20th century (ca. 1940–1950), unisex model, height up to 86 cm, handle height 16.5 cm, handle width 3.6 cm, cane diameter 2.6 cm, weight 260 g.

Rare and particular "bagolina" with a blond-wood shaft and a bone grip, entirely handcrafted and turn-ed all around.
Carving in relief with motifs in bas-relief representing scenes of life and Japanese customs (Geishas, landscapes and flowers).
Solid gold initials "A B" inlaid under the grip, at the top of the shaft, which add a touch of class to the object of otherwise very pleasant and characteristic nature.
Good condition.
