The selection includes:
• Portraits of Chairman Mao Zedong (e.g., in military uniform and at his desk in his study).
• Famous issues on a red background with quotes from the Little Red Book and Mao's original calligraphy.
• Propaganda scenes with the Red Guards and the Model Operas (such as Taking Tiger Mountain by Strategy).
• Soldiers of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) in training scenes.
• Commemorative issue for the Afro-Asian Writers Conference (Beijing, 1966).
• Lenin commemorative stamp (issued in 1965).
