Superb iconic 1960s hourglass-shaped (diabolo) stool, emblematic of the Space Age era and Mid-Century design.
Fully crafted in enameled metal in a charming pastel pink color, this model is a subtle two-tone piece: the base has a pink shade slightly deeper than the seat, giving it a unique relief. Its hollow structure makes it a graphic, lightweight yet sturdy object.
It can serve as an occasional stool, a side table, or a plant stand to bring a pop and retro touch to your interior.
Condition: Authentic piece in its vintage patina.
It features a superb patina of time with paint chips and superficial oxidation marks (notably on the edges and the base, see photos), which gives it all its charm and attests to its era.
