Rare Houghton Ensign Double-8 Strut-Folding Camera (ca. 1935) – Gorgeous Art Deco Front Panel.

A beautiful and iconic Houghton Ensign Double-8 rollfilm camera. This compact 'strut-folding' camera is known for its unique, gold-colored Art Deco etched front panel that immediately catches the eye in any display. The camera uses 127 film for 3x4 cm pictures. This exemplar is equipped with an Ensar Anastigmat f/4.5 lens. The scissors-and-folding mechanism (struts) operates properly and the camera closes neatly.
