Rated Excellent on Trustpilot.
Pioneer PL-30 turntable from 1975, belt‑drive with a 4‑pole synchronous motor, semi‑automatic auto‑return, weight about 10 kg, dimensions 47 cm wide by 17 cm high by 37 cm deep, tested and operational with the original stylus and a replacement signal cable in place.
Description from the seller
Very good turntable with a new diamond stylus specially for the Pioneer cartridge. The condition is excellent; the output signal cable has been replaced, as has the stylus.
A minor drawback is a small dent at the front in the wood that could be sanded out by a handy person.
The dust cover is still in great condition and original, with the holder to keep the cover open.
All in all, a wonderfully beautiful turntable from Pioneer’s golden age and, to boot, of high quality!

Key Features
Semi-automatic:
The turntable is equipped with automatic shutoff (auto-return). At the end of the record, the tonearm automatically returns to the rest and the motor shuts off.
Robust build quality:
The housing is made of a heavy wooden console (baseboard) with a thick metal top plate. This provides excellent vibration damping.
Oil-damped tonearm:
The arm lifts and lowers very gradually thanks to a hydraulic (oil-damped) system, which protects the needle and your vinyl.
Technical Specifications
(Model from the 70s)
Drive: Belt drive via a reliable 4-pole synchronous motor.
Speeds: 33 1/3 and 45 RPM.
Wow & Flutter: Less than 0.08% (very stable running).
Weight: About 10 kg, which is quite heavy for a player of this class and contributes to stability.
Original Cartridge: Was originally supplied with the Pioneer PC-35 cartridge
