Very attractive and very rare silver Ducaton minted in 1667 by the city of Deventer, within the Republic of Overijssel in the Northern Netherlands. An imposing trade coin from the era of the Dutch Republic, belonging to the great silver crown coins that in the 17th century played an important role in international trade.
