Shipping and Handling Policy:

All items are carefully shipped directly from Japan.

We use services such as FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, International Mail, and Mini- Mail for delivery.

Ships within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation (weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/new year, Obon, etc. not counted).

All items are packaged with protective materials such as sleeves, top-loaders, and bubble wrap to ensure safe transport.

However, we do not assume responsibility for any damage, loss, or value decline that may occur during international transport, customs procedures, or shipping delays.

Cancellation and Return Policy:

Cancellations and returns are not accepted after an auction ends.

Please carefully review the item description, images, and our policies before bidding.

We cannot accept cancellation in the following cases:
- If the item slightly differs from the listing photos (especially centering)
- Outer box condition of unopened packaging (not included with the item)
- Unawareness of duties/taxes
- If the outer box is opened and there is no proof that the item was shipped by us, cancellations cannot be honored for any reason.
- Minor packaging damage (slight deformation, dents, scratches) clearly considered a shipping issue.
