Shipping and Handling Policy:

All items are carefully shipped directly from Japan.

We use FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, International Packages, Mini Mail, etc. for shipping.

Upon payment confirmation, items will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
(Excludes weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/New Year, and Obon holidays.)

All items are packed with protective materials such as sleeves, top loaders, and bubble wrap to ensure safe transport.

However, we do not take responsibility for damages, losses, or changes in value that may occur during international shipping, customs procedures, or delays in delivery.

Cancellation and Return Policy:

Cancellations and returns are not accepted after the auction ends.

Please review the item description, images, and our policies carefully before bidding.

We cannot accept cancellation in the following cases:
- If the item differs slightly from the listed photos (especially centering)
- The outer box condition of unopened packaging (not included with the product)
- Lack of understanding of duties and import taxes
- If you open the outer box and cannot prove that it was shipped from us, any reason will not be a basis for cancellation.
- Minor packing damage (slight deformation, dent, scratches) which will be considered a shipping issue.

Importer's Obligations
