Shipping and Handling Policy:

All items are carefully shipped directly from Japan.

We use FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, International Parcel, Mini Mail, etc.

Shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/New Year, Obon).

All items are packed with protective materials such as sleeves, top loaders, and bubble wrap to ensure safe transport.

However, we do not take responsibility for damage, loss, or value loss that may occur during international shipping, customs procedures, or during delays in transit.

Cancellation and Returns Policy:

Cancellations and returns are not accepted after the auction ends.

Please carefully review the item description, photos, and our policy before bidding.

Cancellation cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- If the item differs slightly from the listed photos (especially centering)
- The outer carton condition of unopened packaging (the item itself is not included in the outer carton)
- Lack of understanding of import duties
- If the outer box is opened and it cannot be proven that the item was shipped by us, cancellation cannot be accepted for any reason.
- Minor packing damage (slight deformation, dents, scratches) that is considered a shipping issue.
