All items are carefully shipped directly from Japan.
We ship using FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, International Parcel, Minail (Mini Mail), etc.
After payment confirmation, we will ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/New Year, Obon).
All items are packed with protective materials such as sleeves, top loaders, and bubble wrap to ensure safe transport.
However, we do not take responsibility for any damage, loss, or loss of value that may occur during international transport, customs clearance, or during any shipping delays.

Cancellation and Return Policy:
Cancellations and returns are not accepted after the auction ends.

Cancellation cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- If the item differs slightly from the photographed listing (image alignment, etc.)
- Condition of the outer box for unopened packaging (the item itself is not included)
- Lack of understanding of customs duties
- If the outer packaging is opened and you cannot prove that the item was shipped by us, cancellations cannot be accepted for any reason.
- Minor damage to packaging (slight deformation, dents, scratches) deemed a shipping issue.
