Description from the seller
1925 Austrian 1/2 Schilling Silver Coin, NGC MS63 Graded
Obverse (First Image): The outer rim is encircled by the German word ÖSTERREICH (Austria), and the center features the Austrian coat of arms in relief, a symbol of the nation.
Reverse (Second Image): The outer rim bears the German inscription HALB SCHILLING, meaning "half a schilling"; the 1/2 denomination is engraved within a diamond-shaped frame. The font and geometric border are typical of the minimalist decorative style of Central European coins from the 1920s.
1925 AUSTRIA 1/2S: Year of issue: 1925; Country of issue: Austria; Face value: 1/2 Schilling (S = Schilling currency unit)
MS 63: Condition grade. MS stands for Mint State, representing completely uncirculated condition; the maximum grade is MS70. MS63 is a good uncirculated grade: only a few minor factory scratches, shallow patina, the main design relief is intact, no dents or major scratches. Old silver coins that achieve an uncirculated grade have a good condition advantage.
