Pre-Columbian Nariño ceramic shell ocarina, 10 cm long, restored, with Spanish export license and authenticity certificate, acquired in 2025 from a Dutch auction house and with provenance from the Netherlands.

A rare and beautiful Nariño pottery ocarina. This finely made pottery ocarina was modeled in the elegant shape of sea shell and meticulously decorated with a polychrome geometric design, all in vivid hues of chocolate brown, tan and red, via the Narino artisan's signature negative resist technique.
