De vaas kenmerkt zich door een elegante flesvorm, subtiele horizontale ribstructuur en een diep roodbruin mat glazuur. Een karakteristiek voorbeeld van Nederlands modernistisch keramiek uit de jaren 60/70. Gesigneerd aan de onderzijde met de Mobach-stempel en de signatuur van Piet Knepper. Een zeldzaam groot exemplaar.
