The lamp is an iconic design (4400 series) from the 70s/80s and is in stunning condition. The gold-colored brass base is beautifully shaped in the recognizable organic form of stylized palm leaves or an pineapple-like structure, resting on a sleek, stepped Neoclassical pedestal.
The lamp is supplied with the shown high-quality deep black velvet shade. The interior of the shade has a reflective gold finish. Once the lamp is lit, this, in combination with the three light points, creates a fabulous, warm and atmospheric light that beautifully highlights the brass leaves. The shade is elegantly secured at the top with a matching decorative brass pinecone finial (top nut).
