Very beautiful sewing set
Art Nouveau. Napoleon III style
Late 19th century.
Origin France
It contains a pair of scissors, a needle case, an embroidery punch, a thimble, a passe-partout. Nicely decorated with foliate motifs.
All the elements are in silvered metal or untested silver. They are in good condition but may show minor wear defects; see photos for the opinion. The box shows signs of wear but is in good condition.
The scissors are in good condition; the blades cut fabric very well and are sharp.
The thimble has no holes or dings.
The case is leather-covered.
