A splendid and refined jewelry box (or dressing table) from an eclectic period with rich Rococo (Louis XV) decorations, dating to the late 19th or early 20th century. The box features a curved, rounded shape, expertly crafted from solid European walnut, showcasing a beautiful natural golden grain. Bronze Decorations: The lid is embellished with a sumptuous central plaque, cast and chiseled with scrolls and floral motifs. The corners, feet, and lower edges are also protected and decorated with beautifully crafted, matching metal appliques. Velvet Interior: The interior is fully lined with its original purple velvet fabric, well preserved, clean, and free of tears, ideal for protecting jewelry or watches.
