Georgian tilt-top tripod table in good used condition with minor signs of age and stains, dating to circa 1750–1775, made of English oak wood, with a 70 cm diameter top, 67 cm height (107 cm when raised), and weighing 15 kg.
Description from the seller
Exceptionally beautiful Georgian ‘Tilt top table’ or tripod in surprisingly beautiful condition. On a foldable thick solid top with a fine grain, resting on a turned central leg that, in terms of model, is immediately recognizable as from the third quarter of the 18th century.
Under three splayed toes, these too are of solid oak with earlier old restorations.
Brass lock mechanism, well functioning.
Heavy quality, good working order and does not wobble.
Hand-finished patina.

H = 67 - 107 cm. (height - height folded up)
D = 69 - 70 cm. (narrowest - widest)
Recently thoroughly checked for loose construction parts and veneer. No live woodworm found on 15/8/2026
