Shipping and Handling Policy:

- All items are carefully direct-shipped from Japan.
- We use FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, International Parcel, Minamail, etc.
- After payment confirmation, we ship within 3–5 business days.
(Excludes weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/new year, and Obon holidays.)
- All items are packaged with protective materials such as sleeves, toploaders, and bubble wrap for safe transport.
- However, we do not take responsibility for damages, loss, or depreciation in value that may occur during international shipping, customs clearance, or transit delays.

Cancellation and Return Policy:

- Cancellations and returns are not accepted after the auction ends.

Cancellation cannot be accommodated in the following cases:
- If the listing photos differ slightly from the item (especially centering)
- Condition of outer box for unopened packaging (not included in the item)
- If there is a lack of understanding of duties/taxes
- If you unseal the outer box and cannot prove the item was shipped from us, cancellation will not be accepted for any reason.
- Minor packaging damage (slight creasing, dents, scratches) will be considered a shipping issue.
